Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you encounter size issues, you can exchange them within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product can be exchanged for size or returned for a store credit. Store credit can be used anytime and it will last forever.

To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product isn't used or damaged
• Products must meet these criteria to be considered for return.

Return/Exchange Shipping

Shipping charges for returned/exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. The Leather Harbour takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return/exchange. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by The Leather Harbour.

Processing time for returns/exchanges

Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed after our warehouse receives the returned item. You will receive email notification of when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
